How to take care of your Santini cycling and triathlon wear

Here are a few of the secrets that we've learned over the years to keep your kit performing at its best and last longer.

- Wash it at 30°C / 86°F
- Use only biodegradable non chemical detergent
- Do not use fabric conditioner
- Avoid the tumble drier
- Avoid using washing powder, favor liquid detergent
- Turn the garment inside out
- Wash similar colours together
- Wash straight away
- Do not iron

All orders where shipping (Courier) has been selected are charged at R149,00. 

(All orders are charged as we offer a FREE shipping once you have returned an item for exchange or swop with us)

We ship all orders via The Courier Guy to the nominated shipping address that you provide at the time of purchase. Orders ship out the warehouse 24-48 hours after time of order and shipping takes different times to different regions within South Africa.

Deliveries only take place Monday to Friday. There is no Saturday deliveries.

Gauteng - Usually arrives with 24-48 hours of shipping

Rest of SA - Usually arrives within 72-96 hours of shipping depending on location.

You will receive a tracking number starting with RCTT. This can be used to track all orders via The Courier Guy tracking portal: TRACK VIA COURIER GUY

All items purchased online at regular price with regular bulk discounts can be returned for size swop, exchange and / or refund. All items that show a before and after price are SALE items and can only be swopped and / or exchanged with NO refund been applicable. 

All regular priced items eligible for swop, exchange or refund must be logged for return within 14 days of order. Any items logged between 15 and 30 days are eligible for exchange or swop only. Items older than 30 days are not eligible.

Returning Items for Swop / Exchange or Refund:

Items need to be in ALL original new condition (Unworn, Unwashed, not smelling of body odor and / or deodorant and perfume). All return items must be in original packaging with original labels attached. No items will be considered should they not meet any of the above requirements.

It is your responsibility to return the product in question. ONLY the below address may be used for delivery. We do not collect from PUDO and POSTNET.

Once an exchange or swopped items is received and inspected. Santini SA will send out the replacement item at their expense.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the item or items have been received, inspected and put back into stock. Refunds will be in the same method of payment you originally used.
