Crash Replacement

Did you purchase a Santini product from our website or any authorized retailer, and during one of your first rides, the garment was damaged due to an accident?

Don't worry, we've got you covered! While we can't guarantee a replacement for the damaged item, we're pleased to offer you a 50% online voucher for the value you paid for your crashed item. 

The Crash Replacement is valid for 90 days from purchase. 

The Crash Replacement does not cover abrasions, rips or tears caused by sharp objects and / or outside factors. It's a Crash and / or fall only.

Procedure:

1. Complete Google Link and within 24 hours you will get a reply.
2. On reply to you will be required to submit photographic evidence of crash and proof of purchase. 
3. Once step 2 is completed and we are satisfied, we will issue you with your voucher online.
